Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) brings mental health and substance use disorder treatment into primary care settings, addressing the reality that 70% of patients with mental health conditions seek care from primary care providers. Our BHI platform facilitates collaborative care management where primary care providers, behavioral health care managers, and psychiatric consultants work together to treat conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders alongside chronic medical conditions.

The platform supports standardized screening tools (PHQ-9 for depression, GAD-7 for anxiety), tracks symptom scores over time, and facilitates systematic measurement-based care. Behavioral health care managers use the system to monitor patient progress, provide brief counseling interventions, and consult with psychiatric consultants when patients don't respond to initial treatments.
